Shipping varies depending on your location. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather delays or carrier issues.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's status and estimated delivery date.

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

-The product delivered is damaged or incorrect.

-A return request is raised within 24 hours of delivery via email or phone, with supporting photo/video proof. An unboxing video must be taken while opening the product.

All Frontech products come with a standard manufacturer's warranty.

To claim warranty service, we first need to verify the order details by checking the invoice or Order ID, whichever is applicable. Frontech reserves the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, policy violations, stock unavailability, or logistics issues.
Customers may cancel orders before confirmation and processing. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.

In case the product is damaged or unsealed, please do not accept the order and inform the Customer Support team for further assistance.
